Krystal Hamburgers Obnoxious and rude service Morristown Tennessee
A friend, my 8 year old daughter and myself went thru the drive thru at Krystal's restaurant on West A.J. Hwy, next to the Family Dollar store, on Friday April 4th at around 3:30 pm. At the window I ordered 3 drinks and 9 krystal burgers. The girl taking our order repeated the order back to me and she only had 1 hamburger, so again I told her we needed 9.
After giving me the total price and telling me to drive to the window, she took my money, handed me the 3 drinks and came back to the window with 1 hamburger. I then, again told her the order was supposed to be for 9 burgers and at this point she became very rude, she threw her hand on her hip and stated, " I asked you twice how many burgers you wanted!" and I in turn told her, "and twice I told you I needed nine".
She slammed the window shut, and within a few seconds came back and informed me I owed her more money, I gave her the money and again the window was slammed shut. After waiting for about 5 minutes I blew the horn because quiet frankly I didn't know if she was coming back with our order or what, she finally returned to the window with the burgers and I told her with an attitude like she had, I didn't for-see her working with the public much longer, this young girl leaned almost totally out of the window and informed me, that she would be working for as long as she wanted, very sarcastic, dripping venom. I then asked to speak with a manager and was informed by her that there wasn't one on duty and wouldn't be one at the restaurant until Monday.
Her name tag read Haley and she gave me a name for her manager. I have called twice with no luck reaching a manager, and I have filed a complaint to corporate headquarters twice via Internet with no response. What else can a person do??? I have never in my life received this type of treatment in any public establishment, restaurant or otherwise.
What makes me the maddest is as I was driving away my 8 year old daughter was crying in the back seat because she was afraid the girl at the window was going to harm us somehow. I love Krystal burgers but dang it, I sure don't won't to have to fight to get one. I will no longer give Krystal's anymore of my money.

What you need to do is to call 1-800-4-Krystal. If you file a complaint here the CEO of Krystal will get a copy, the are supervisor, various other company officials and everyone from the GM to the regional manager will get a copy. They take this complaints seriously. Krystal knows it will never beat the competition so they are supposed to strive to make customer service the best it can. If you don't want to call you can go to the website. www.krystal.com and file your complaint there. All the same people will see this complaint.
