KSI Construction Dean Rado Unlicensed contractor, stole money Madison, New Jersey
We found KSI Construction on the internet. We met with Dean, who said he was licensed, and because we are perhaps too trusting of people we believed him We paid the deposit, and he did some work, so we wrote him another check and paid for fixtures. Then he would say he would come and never show up, forcing us to wait around for him before he would come up with some lame excuse. KSI stole our money that we paid for fixtures and never showed up again. We have lost approximately 9,000 because of the stolen fixtures, and the money that we paid for work that was never completed. After working with the police, we found out that the guy's name is Dean Rado. You should look up his name to see his record, including the thousands of dollars in judgements this guy has against him. You can check http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/ to see that they are an unlicensed company. I really don't want this to happen to anyone else, and I hope that anyone who is unfortunate enough to come across him is more informed of his past than we were.
