Kurt Penberg Kurt Penbergs FLOOR STORE refused to refund: Its a scam Mexico, Indiana
Back in January, when I came into contact with my nearby Kurt Penbergs FLOOR store, they told me that it is possible to get a refund for defective products of the company in case one can prove any major defaults in them. They also told that there is a time limit of one year; and after that the company will not take any responsibility. All these were told by their customer care executives in a well furnished store at Zapopan. When I enquired about any written document, they talked about some yet-to-do official formalities from their part and denied to give any written statement.
Based on their verbal assurance, I purchased some building materials for carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and insulation work at my home. Eventually they were found weak and not up to the standards. They told me that there will be no refund for used materials. So, I only demanded for refund for unused materials. But they denied that they made any such promise. They are d**n liars. Avoid buying anything from the store in Mexico.
