I ordered a free sample of La Dermanique Face Serum as advertised on the internet. I later received an alert through my credit card company stating I had been billed $97.88 for the product. When I attempted to call La Dermanique to cancel, the phone call kept dropping. I was never able to make contact with any customer service representative to cancel the product.
