These accusations are ridiculous. I will not respond to your threats of violence or otherwise. A lawsuit against Mr. Augustine will be filed as soon as we can find an address for the man who hides behind the internet. Huntington Beach police had no record of these claims when I called and if so they where filed with false information after I moved so that Mr. Augustine could falsley collect an insurance policy. This will be settled by the courts!

I have spoken today with Don, who has expressed his mistake in including me and my company, NW Speed Equipment, in this matter. Martin Lackner is my husband. I do not know about anything which may or may not have happened in California, as he and I did not meet until 2002 and did not marry until 2003. Don told me he would post a message admitting his mistake and I hope he will do as he said he would. It is incredibly hurtful to find myself in the middle of all of this.
