I feel as businees owners we need to file a class action suit against this company, they have lied to us and taking our money for their own use.

With all the millions of people being layed off and out of work and few good jobs to be found, many more will be starting their own companies. That way you have your destiny in your own hands. With that said, the real business world is a cruel and hostile place full of crooks and sharks out there who will try and seperate you from your hard earned money. My rebuttal was harsh as is the real world. This site is full of newbie's post about the ripoff CC leasing companies, leasing them CC machines for thousands of dollars, up to $6k that they can buy for hundreds. Buy don't lease, check any of the internet sites for the price of buying the equipment, BEFORE you lease. Check your local newspaper, in the commercial equipment section. Evem E-bay has it. It will shock you, at what you can buy straight out, compared to what these leasing co's want. I had a CC co come in last week and try and lease me one for $5995. Can buy a similar unit for under $1k. The scum tells me "It won't cost me a penney", "The IRS will pay for it". $99.95x60mo=$5997. I own my own equipment, cost me $250. Read everything and research, BEFORE you do anything. Good luck.

This is my first experience dealing with any CC leasing company. I just started a very small business about two month ago. You're right about them debiting their points and fees from my checking. That makes sense. Of course they have to get paid for their services but I still don't want the $52.99 debited from my checking each month for the next 4 years. When the training person went over the terms, I did stop her when she told me about the automatic debits but she said I'd have to talk to my sales rep about that but my sales rep won't talk to me so what am I supposed to do? No need for smart remarks. Not all of us have experience in the business world and maybe I don't have a "clue" yet about how CC leasing companies work. That all comes in time. Like I said before, I just started this small business two months ago.

In your first sentance, you say"I was not told my checking account would be auto. debit. ea mo by Ladco L. UNTIL AFTER THE LEASE WAS SIGNED... Then you say you don't do business that way.....pay on line or mail them out. Then you say you weren't told at all. Which was it? Did you even look at the lease you signed? I hate to tell you but that's the way ACH/CC companies work. Even if you own the CC equipment, CC still debit your account at the end of the month for discount points or fees. They aren't going to wait around for you to mail the a check for their points or fees. How about you wait around for them to mail you a check for your sales, minus the points and fees, at the end of each month. Man, this is a post from a person who doesn't have a clue about how things work in the business world. If you are in business, you ought to stick to cash or checks, something you seem to understand.
