This place is a complete rip off and an embarrassment to automotive companies. When purchasing my car they said "I had to buy insurance through them." This did not make sense as I explained that I have a car insurance agent. They then told me to write a check for approximately $250 and said as long as I provided proof of insurance within a few weeks they would not cash the check. It would be VOID. I called the finance manager several times asking if she received my faxed car insurance proof, she was unreachable. She then proceeded to send my check to collections. It has been OVER a year now and I am still dealing with a $250 check on my credit report. Sales managers and the finance manager have been no help. Not to mention the staff is rude and I feel I have been ignored for over a year now. I would not refer this place to anyone ever.
Here is a little background info from when I went in to look at some cars. I needed to purchase a car but had very bad credit and no money to put down. The sales manager decided to "help me out" by placing me in a car with almost 25% interest for 7 years. For a FORD FIESTA! It all happened so fast I was completely taken advantage of.
