Ordered and got confirmation that the order was “getting ready to be shipped”. They would notify me when it has been sent. No notice...

They say 7-12 days shipping- didn’t happen. They say they will keep me updated on shipping- didn’t happen.

After the 12 days it was actually 14 days, I messaged... no phone number on website had to email, got reply “Sorry for keeping you waiting. As the items you order is hot sale, and have been out of stock. They just restocked and your order is getting into process. The ship info will be updated to you later.” No shipping info was sent. They should’ve posted on the website the item was on backorder.

A week later I sent message for update on shipping “Sorry for keeping you waiting. The goods are on the way from the factory to our warehouse (their spelling and grammar), once they arrived we will send it out to you right away.”

Another week later “Please know your order was shipped and in Transit.  7-12 days business days estimated delivery.”

It took ‘37’ days to get here!

Now that I have received my item it is crap! Not what was pictured, stitched crooked, one logo is spelled backward, stretch at top can’t stretch because the inside material is sewn over it, the zipper is a shiny metal/was a matte finish online, one snap will not snap, (maybe if it’s hit with a hammer and I don’t want to damage it) shows heels as tapered and they are not, material does not look at all like online, quality of material is awful, not wearable.  They have removed the black one from their website.

There was a phone number on the shipping label but it did not work.

There was no invoice in the package.

There was no return address included for returns. I had to email and ask for return shipping address.

These were a gift for my granddaughter. I cannot give her a gift that is of such low quality, unwearable.

They have not replied to my request for a return address... using the one on the package I received.

I am currently working with my credit card company to dismiss charges.
