Lan-anh nguyen They took $3,500.00 for loan modification since 09/2009 but didn't do anything. No response to any calls Pensacola, Florida
I knew Mr. Khai Tran who works for First Choice Service Inc. He said I can have loan modification to be approved for the rental house and finally I recognized his office didn't do it but he gave to CFPG. He advised me that CFPG is a good company who can solve the problem. CFPG charged me $3,500.00. Its been over a year until now they didn't do anything. Now I can not contact either First Choice Service Inc. or CFPG. Before CFPG had a website so I can check the process anytime. Now this website doesn't exist any longer. I could not check the status of the loan modification.
I talked to Miss Christine Tran, who was forwarding my documents to CFPG whenever they required it. I asked her to check with them if they can not do my loan modification please give me my $3,000.00 back. I agreed to pay them $500.00 for the paperwork as on the contract stated. After that conversation, I couldnt contact either people who works for First Choice or CFPG.
Although I sent letters to First Choice by certified mail, but I get the mail sent back to me. I called to CFPG but nobody answers, only an answer machine which is always saying "The voicemail box is full. Can not take any messages at this time. Please call back later." So now I don't know who I can reach.
I am looking for an attorney who can help me file a lawsuit to them. But I dont know who can help me.
