Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Mr Pule,

So I responded to another post where you eloquently described your employer and your long-standing time at the company which was around 8 years.

If I worked there I would do things a bit differently.....if I was a recruiter this is how I would sell your services.... sell? Yes, that’s is in fact what you are doing. I would tell people, “Hey I got a super accelerated, competitive program that will get you a great job with great pay in about a month provided you do well and dedicate yourself. Once you become a member, I want anywhere from a 1/3 of your salary or a little less for the next three years to pay me back for my investment in your growth.”

Although you harp on grants and the investment and money you put into each individual, you are just initially fronting the bill. Because every approved member does in fact pay 9k more than your investment of 50k, the cost to the member is anywhere from 60-80k after they are placed in a job. This amount is paid back to this company over a three year period, no interest, on a monthly basis. You also reiterate that you aren’t a school, but later point out that the “training” constitutes the greatest portion of the investment you initially put into each person.”

Sell your membership and services in an honest, straightforward way. Don’t give us lengthy explanations about why someone didn’t work out or where their weaknesses are. We could care less. If you do things in a proper way, you will avoid the negative reviews in the first place.

Stop defending what you do for people, at the end of the day you aren’t doing anything. It’s an exchange, you invest in them, they pay you back with interest, (not technically) they pay you above your investment of 50k. They pay you 59k on up..... therefore it’s interest whether you want to call it that or not. Just be real with people and you will have more people who don’t feel blindsided or portray you as scammers.

Peace

Dear Kenny,

I want you to know that I also responded your other post on this site.

In terms of your post below, we appreciate any qualitative input regarding our services including how we communicate our membership and services.  Especially because we are an organization that has been focused on providing quality services and has not done a good job of marketing those services.

A good example of this is our website and the information we provide regarding our services.  A good website would normally provide short, concise and punchy information that would take just a few minutes to read.  Our website tends to have long and verbose information regarding our membership and services.  Especially once you apply.

This includes not only who we are and what we offer but also detailed information regarding the LAN/WAN industry both from an opportunity and jobs perspective along with details regarding exactly how we help our members get upgraded LAN/WAN employment earning $60,000 to over $150,000  per year.

In terms of our organization emphasizing that we are not a school, please note that the word “school” is a legal term that refers to an organization that not only provides training, but is regionally and nationally accredited as a learning institution as a college, university or a state authorized vocational institution.

In addition, schools follow strict curriculum and is focused on concepts and theories relating to a specific course topic whether or not those topics results in employment.  The negative result is that even if you go to the best schools, less than 10% of what you learn is typically used in the real world.  Especially for technical jobs in LAN/WAN and IT.

In addition, most schools require its students to pay for its services up front through a student loan and the fees are not tied to employment success.  Finally, the services that a school offers are accessible to the public.

LAN/WAN Professional is a nationwide membership organization and only offers its services to approved members.  Non members, can qualify to receive grants to get basic services for the sole purpose of becoming a member, but cannot receive any additional services until they are approved as a member.

In terms of training, the training we offer is closer to on-the-job training that you would get if you were lucky enough to be hired as a LAN/WAN Professional and trained by the company.  The results is that our members are able to acquire real world practical skills at least 20 times faster compared to a traditional school.

Finally, we tie up to 100% of the payment of our services fees to our member’s employment success.  Another distinction that separates us from a school.  We essentially make an investment into every new member and only benefit from their employment success.

In terms of why we spend so much time focusing on the “right candidate” including why some candidates do not work out, is because this is the #1 factor for why a candidate is not successful.  Please note that we have a stellar success rate as long as we only approved a qualified candidate with the right attributes.  Unfortunately, many new applicants see the high salaries offered in LAN/WAN and the short time frame combined with costs being tied to success and simply apply.

In addition, many of these members will either provide misleading information or simply lie on the application to become a member.  Unfortunately, when this occurs and we approve a candidate who is not qualified, they are not successful and they blame us for not being successful.  This is the reason why we spend so much time validating all applications.

Finally, we are seeking long term relationships with all of our members.  For this reason, the last thing we want to do is “blindside” our members.  In fact, we do the opposite.  All qualified candidates have an opportunity to fully experience our service both remotely and at a weekend camp including visiting our facility and meeting our staff BEFORE they are approved as members.  In addition, up to 100% of the cost for the services during this period prior to member is covered by grants we offer.

We do this to ensure that only qualified candidates who have a full and thorough understanding of our services including exact costs and sacrifices are approved as members.

#3UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Tue, September 10, 2019

Dear Kenny,

Thank you for taking the time to write the post below.  As you stated, LAN/WAN Professional completely agrees that all prospective members should have a clear and full understanding of exactly what the full costs and benefits of being a member of LAN/WAN Professional.

We are seeking positive and long term relationships with every one of our members that will last for many years to come.  In fact, we are most proud that a growing number of new members are referrals from existing members.  This includes members referring close friends, relatives and in some cases their adult children.  We know that our members would not do this unless they believe in our membership.

The foundation to a long term relationship begins with both parties having a full understanding of not only the benefits, but the costs including sacrifices in both time and resources BEFORE a person becomes a member.

To ensure this, our organization has an extensive two step “test drive” process that allows all qualified candidates to not only understand the details of our services, but to actually experience our service over a period of 2 to 4 weeks including attending a weekend camp at our facility and personally meet our staff.  This process ensures that all qualified candidates get a full and comprehensive understanding of not only what you get and what you pay, but also exactly what sacrifices you need to make in terms of your time along with exactly how we are able to help qualified candidates get into upgraded LAN/WAN jobs earning $60,000 to $150,000 per year in a matter of months versus years.

In terms of why qualified applicants need to “impress” us.  Please note that it is not about impressing us, but demonstrating to us that they possess the abilities to be successful.  Please understand that we have a very successful system for helping qualified candidates achieve success in LAN/WAN.  With that stated, the #1 most critical factor to our success is only accepting the right candidate who possess 4 key attributes.

For this reason, the two step “test drive” process is not only designed to allow qualified candidates to personally experience us, but also designed to allow us to thoroughly assess and validate candidates before we invest over $60,000 in services.

Finally, the initial cost for participating in the two step process is paid by 2 grants that cover up to 100% of the costs of the services during the “test drive” period.

If you are truly serious about getting upgraded employment in enterprise LAN/WAN earning at least $60,000 to over $150,000 per year, feel free to visit our website and apply for the initial grant of $690 so that you can personally experience for yourself how real we are.

If you have any further questions, you can also contact me directly at 949-544-1368.
