As I pointed out I did finally recieve a battery.2 weeks later. When received it was charged to 66% It took a charge once to 100%. And each subsequent charge. It charges less. Now it won't charge past 17%.. Incidently I broke the catch on the battery bay from sliding it in an out trying to get it to charge. (The computer is old though) Normally I would RMA. But after taking 2 weeks to deliver the first time then receiving a dud. I think it best for me to eat the loss and move on... I think I've wasted enough time.. I did cancel the dispute with the bank. After receiving the battery. Because it was the right thing to do. But I'm not happy.

I did receive a battery. Now I have to call the bank to be sure. They receive their fair payment.. The shipping is horrible. USPS is really bad. Horrible tracking too. Please guys if you are reading this use UPS for now on. It will save you and your customers a lot of grey hair.
