Laptoprescue.com Laptoprescue breaks laptops Los Angeles California
The company fails to repair and return my laptop as promised. They have kept my laptop for over a month with no status updates after multiple attempts to contact them.
Here is a sequence of event:
1. I sent in my laptop to this company for repair in January 2009 and the company received my laptop on January 22, 2009. According to website, they will have a diagnosis within 24 hours.
2. After over 3 business days, the company still didn't have any diagnosis and didn't do any until I called.
3. Company finally came back with diagnosis on Jan 27th. Demanded $120 to repair laptop. Company promised work to be done in 10 business days.
4. Well over 10 business days and company have not started work. So I called to follow up.
5. Company told me they found video problem and demanded more money. This is in direct contradiction of their promised work.
6. I had to check in again in two days because they failed to call. They claimed to have found other problem and once again demanded more money.
7. I asked for the laptop to be returned, but the company continues to keep my laptop.
8. After well over two weeks now after I asked for my laptop be returned. Nothing has happened.
The company is not being responsive and have been very irresponsible. They have failed to diagnose the problem multiple times and ask for money over and over even thou they didn't know what was wrong.
Furthermore, they only ask for more money.
After I received my laptop back, there were further damages. Needless to say, they won't admit it!!!!!
