I had been a customer of Larisa for some time prior to getting extensions. She did a good job at highlights and seemed to know what she was talking about. I had discussed with her about getting extensions and I asked her multiple times if she thought I was a good candidate because my hair was really short (shoulder length) which she cut and colored. She told me it would look BEAUTIFUL. I asked her are you sure you can get it to blend because my hair is so short and she said "Yes It will look beautiful." That's all she would say.

Anyway, I asked her how much it would cost and how much hair was I going to need. She could not even respond. She didn't even look at my hair. She just said I think 5 is going to be enough for your hair which is about 150 hairs. I was okay with that price as these were the best hair extensions out there (can't remember the name right now for some reason). Anyway, the day comes and I go in and once i saw the hair extensions, I knew that 5 bundles was definitely not going to be enough. The strands were so thin it was impossible to fill a full head with that. I even told her. However, I was stuck as I had already paid a good portion as a deposit and I knew she wasn't going to refund me. The first night she was putting it on she was in a rush because it was her birthday or something and they were going out, so she didn't even finish the job. I had to leave looking ridiculous and up in a bun so I can return a week later for her to finish. She finished what she had and then I had to wait 2 more weeks for her to order more hair which cost a lot more of course. Again, 2 weeks of looking ridiculous and not being able to do much with my hair except tie it up.

Finally, the hair arrived and she put in the rest. Let me just say that from the frontal view, everything look fine. From the back was the problem. She had ordered so many blonde extensions instead of the brown which was my base color that my back had a very visible line going through to where my natural hair ends. That day I left with no complaints because I had not seen the back of my head. It was when a few people pointed it out that I looked and I was horrified. I went back to her mad as hell and I told her that she needs to fix this. I told her that you put way too much blonde instead of brown and she started cutting away thinking that was going to resolve the issue. It didn't and it looked like crap.

I told her you need to give me a partial refund because these look ridiculous and now I have to take it off. She said there is nothing she can do and she will not give me a dime back. I told her that you said it would look good after a hundred times of asking you if it will blend and no response. She was very unhelpful, rude and the worse customer service. Not to mention her english is horrible people.

Anyway, I called every single credit card I had used to pay her and filed a dispute. I was able to obtain a letter from another hair extensnions specialist who was horrified at the price I pad and the job done and that helped me al ot. I got some of my money back and some unfortunately, I didn't. I wish I could take back every single dime she took but unfortunately, it's tough sometimes with beauty salons.

Everyone, please BEWARE and do not go to this person at all for hair extensions. It was the worse experience of my life and taking off the hair extensions was even worse. I felt bald right after and it wasn't because I had gotten used to the thickness because I didn't have it on very long enough.
