I would like to respond and explain to this and other similar reports on "victims" by car dealerships. If you have signed a "Recision Agreement" which means that you agree to bring the car back if they can not get you financed, also you are not forced to sign the new contract, you willingly signed it for an additional fee and you could have cancelled the entire contract. People should not feel intimidated by sales and finance people in car dealerships. Ask questions and leave the place if you don't feel comfortable. Its your right!!!!

You're exactly right! You've been the victim of the Ole Spot Delivery Scam. What can you now do? Contact an attorney in your area and ask them if they have handled Spot Delivery Scams. If they don't know what you're talking about, then try another. Also check the internet. Enter "spot delivery scam" in a search engine. Try another "auto fraud". You may find an attorney that way. Now that you know, spread the word about your experience! I can appreciate the fact that you are a disabled veteran but that does not mean you are entitled to any different treatment than the rest of us! ALL of us should be able to go into ANY car dealership and be treated with respect, honesty and integrity. You have done the first step in alerting the world as to the nature of that dealership!
