Laser Storm Fulfillment ripoff, false advertisement, overbilled, no answer Los Angeles California
I ordered 2 laser storm vaccums thru a info-mercial on Saturday July 30th. I was told each vaccum would be at a special rate of $59.99 and with extra filters and shipping: Total $174.00. I checked my credit card online and the amount charged was $313.00! There was an 800# listed next to the charge which I tried to call. There is either a recording or no answer, I tried for a week. I went online and found their website: https://secure.sanopi.net/official/order.asp?id=4202&did=472&pd=&RefererID=&AID=&refcode=
The same 800# listed as a contact, however when you try to check order status they say they are NOT the same company that has the infomercial ad! We filed a report anyway and tried to cancel our order - to response and again it's been a week. The package arrived today, FedX. We refused the box. We had no choice and hope that we are not out our money AND the goods, but we didn't see any other way to handle it. We would like Help in knowing how to get a credit on our Cc. I have no receipt, no record of anything. Just a bill and credit card charge. I hope we can warn people to NOT trust this company!!!
