I too became a victim of the scam only it was with a david johnson and 1st payday advance. However the con was the same . send 260.00 via fedex to costa rica and i would receive the 6500.00 i was approved for.I went so far as to go online to costa rica and found in the directory help that there is no business there that matches any of the information. This loan was also being funded by GFS - Global Financial Services. Unfortunately after reporting it to several new agencies on my side of the states i have yet to reach anyone willing to investigate. It appears that these people are working out of many areas under many other names. If you research 1st payday advance under this site you will find many simularities in the practice with the location of texas being named. I dont know if this helps anyone. I have contacted the FBI as one of the other complaintants had suggested but there isnt much they can do. They have complaints filed against these people but will only suggest changing all of your personal information that is now in jeopardy. Lots of luck to all victims of these con artists and i hope one day they get what they deserve.

I sent an e-mail to all people that was involved with this company Gloabal Financial Servies telling them that I have contacted my local media, also reported them to the BBB and also to this website including I have turned this over to my local authorities and I am going sue for Fraud. I received a threatening e-mail from David Norris which this is now his e-mail address [email protected] and he said "that if he see my name slandering his company on this website he will sue me for slander." Which I responded back as to please take me to court I have all e-mail communication from you from a [email protected] signing your name as David Norris at the end of the e-mail and I would love for a judge to see how you conned me and other people. So if you want to get in touch with him and this is the same man who has stolen your money please contact him at: [email protected] I am determined to constantly track this man down until he stops conning everyone and stealing people's hard earned money who has credit problems and not giving the loans like promised. I will be more than happy to talk to anyone who can also bring some suggestions to the table to stop this man!!!!
