Complaint Review: Lauren Bortolami Robbins - Mansfield Massachusetts

I am the person wrote this report. Everyone,  Lauren Bortolami-Robbins never read for me. I never had a reading with her at all. The report I wrote was all a lie and was all made up. I never had a reading with her at all. Everything I said both in the original report and in other follow-up reports is a lie. Everything I said is 100 percent a lie. What I said about me contacting Lauren directly is also a lie. I apologize for the inconveniences and the repercussions my previous statements have caused. 

I apologize for the inconvience and the harm that I caused to Lauren and everyone who have seen this report. I apologize for attempting to tarnish Lauren's reputation, credibility, psychic gifts/abilities and her career. I should have contacted her privately regarding grevancies that I have. I wish that I could undo the damage that I did. Again, I apologize for everyone - Lauren, current and past clients of Lauren, websites such as Best American Psychics, Famous Psychics Mediums, etc., and everyone whom I have caused harm, pain, abuse, and sufferring. 

 Then, how are voicemail (voice-recorded readings) readings accurate, especially for individuals who had those types of reading?

It’s a shame when an individual is new to psychic readings and are not knowledgeable of what is involved they become hyper critical.  When a client doesn’t hear what they wanted to hear, or as this individual wrote, “I just feel hurt…” because something didn’t pan out as predicted.  So rather than reach out to Lauren and ask for clarity  – this individual chose to hide in a public forum to lash out to “hurt” back.  This is the sign of an abused and abusive individual, not the sign of a bad psychic.

Fact: No psychic is 100% accurate.  Authentic psychics have “hits” and “misses.”  Free Will is a factor in how a reading unfolds, which can affect the timing of predicted events.   

No-one should ever put stock in anonymous source rants.  Its expression is cowardly, unprofessional and  at a minimum, not how an educated, well-mannered individual responds to a service they received.  

 In this so-called “anonymous sourced” complaint, the individual “didn’t know what to expect”, giving us the sense this may have been their first psychic reading.  She/he was very lucky to have had a genuine psychic reading with Lauren rather than spending time with someone masquerading as one – there are thousands of frauds out there.   Psychic frauds are easy to spot; they ask a client a bunch of questions to ferret out information  and then spoon feed it back to the person who is most often  desperate for answers. 

One thing for sure, Lauren is an authentic psychic medium.  You can read hundreds of testimonials on her website and other company websites who feature her. Testimonials about Lauren speak volumes about her character and her unique gift.  She is one of the truly gifted psychic mediums this individual was blessed to have a session with. I highly recommend Lauren and her services to anyone seeking such insight. 

Let me share what I know about Lauren.  She’s a consummate professional who’s worked tirelessly in the corporate world for years. After a long 10 hour day, she’d arrive to her office where she provided psychic sessions to individuals yearning for insight; she often met with the unemployed, those going through a divorce and a few on the brink of suicide.  She “knew” some of them couldn’t afford to pay her – she never asked them for a dime. Lauren passionately embraces her life purpose. Each individual appreciated her insight, found her to be incredibly accurate and were thankful for her helping them through rough spots.  

To understand the psychic reading is to understand psychics.  You might have a session with one psychic who’s spot on with just about everything and another psychic who’s only half right.  Not every psychic can read for everyone.  “Time” is often hard for psychics to predict.  You are not going to get all the information you want in one psychic session.  If a client is anxious about a love relationship, engagement, job promotion –if that didn’t come up in  a session, it doesn’t mean the psychic was inaccurate, it simply means they didn’t pick it up.  It’s not uncommon for psychics to allow clients to ask questions at some point during the session, and even press the psychic for additional information.    

It’s unfortunate this individual didn’t do a little prep work before the session to get a sense how psychics do what they do,   where they get their information, how accurate can you expect a psychic reading to be, what about “free will and the future”,  and then,  reflect on their session.  Money bets there’s a lot more to this individual’s session being accurate than the “one thing that never came to pass”… yet.

Well folks I received an email tonight with threats from two psychic mediums, one which is on one of tested and endorsed sites I"m listed on. I have never met or talked to her. Yet she appears have been in the media lately..hmmmmm.  The other is from the man who I mentioned in my last post who lied about his first and last name in his initial contact, then told me I read for his son, and gave me their real names.  This man is also a psychic medium!   Never read for either one of them (he or his son)  in a voicemail session He never sent me the file either.  I was threatened in writing both are coming to get me and "expose me".  I guess they are worried about my work and how far I have gotten with the positive reviews and media appearances I am a threat to them that they have to make up stories that did not make any sense, no wonder why he didn't reply with the request for the voicemail I sent to him to send it back to me..?  HE DOESN'T HAVE IT. And why he kept asking what voicemail sessions are about? Seems like these two are worried about the competition!  What are you coming to get me exactly for, lunch?  I have all of my records.  You lie in every statement on Rip Off Report.com, you lie in your contact to me with a false names, looks like YOU have no credibility. If you see me disappear from one of the Best sites I'm listed on it's because they allowed a fellow member to try to tarnish my name and reputation.

Well, I don't see you offering voicemail readings anymore. Who knows, you might not be accurate, but I always will as I offer the same services as you. I am a psychic myself based on the Pacific Coast.  I guess Lauren is really a fraud in her readings.

 I have been seeing lauren for a couple of months now. I am going through a tough time in my personal life. I did ask her not to sugar cost things and she has not. She has been on point with every thing so far! I do not like going from pyschic to pyschic but I did see one a month before Lauren's d the readings were almost the same which is why I know it is not a scam! The other reader was actually more vague and lauren had more detail. I would only speak kind words of lauren. She's truly a professional. Peace

If you had a voicemail reading from me then you should know how it works, afterall I read you correct? Yet you filed the author as Bridgewater, MA where I used to have my business trying to throw off your location as a client, but you actually posted from Arizona.  I have no clients in Arizona that I did a voicemail reading for. Ironically the only person that contacted me last week through my booking tool is claiming I read him with a voicemail session and questioned timelines I provided.  I knew  that person (possibly you was a scam) as I had no record of reading that person ever.

All clients who book through me must provide their email address and phone number for my database to generate an online booking and reminders for them.  This person with the first name of Jack and provided his last name seems to have an address in Arizona.  You left me a fake email address and your phone number of 00000000000000. Also you sent the message last week and I asked you to prove I sent you a voicemail clip by returning it to me as I have no email sent to your email address, which I keep diligent records of.  You never sent me the file because there was no file.  Who is scamming who?

If you had an voicemail session you should know what it entails. You seem to ask many questions about how a voicemail reading works, however claim I lied to you during a voicmail readiing? I bit controversy.  You posted the complaint from Arizona, yet I have never sent a voicemail clip to any client in Arizona.  What you say is vague.  I have alot of people who lie to me and try to get free reading time by claiming I already read them for instance last week a man claimed I read him by voicemail and had questions on timelines I said, however I did not have a record in my database of his name, the reading being booked, and any voicemail clip sent to his email address which is bogus.  

He contacted me through my booking tool, the same one I track all clients in, he left a fake email address, and no phone number just 00000000000000000000. Lastly I never read for this person.  Again I take care of clients.  You are not familiar to me.   I believe in my heart you are not a real client as if you were you wouldn't be looking at every reply and feeding off of the posts.  The language you use as well as questions you have for the other people who posted on my behalf leads me to believe you never had a voicemail reading and if you had it wasn't from me as I have no voicmail readings sent to an AZ client.  Perhaps you are confused with who read you and read my descriptions on my website to use an example for the complaint.?

Our community (FamousPsychicMediums.Com) is mentioned above, as one of the sites who endorses/recommends Lauren's services, predicated on the interview we did with her (which I did, via email several years ago) as well as her listing on our directory.  As we are now getting a bunch of inquiries about Lauren from other consumers every day or two, predicated, I presume......on this rip off report, I thought I'd take a moment to opine on the above.

Firstly, I've done hundreds of "interviews" with countless psychics, mediums, healers, helpers, transformational teachers, spirtitual authors, and purpose driven professionals who do service oriented work.  I remember Lauren specifically, based on the challenges she worked to overcome, and her dilligence and determination in getting her words out into the world, in a very careful way.  (I remember specifically that she was very professional, and it was very important to her that her story on our site, by dint of the interview, was communicated with clarity and authenticity)

We have never had a negative comment on Lauren - and while I am in no position to speak about the accuracy of her readings, or the nature of her "gifts" as a medium, with many hundreds of thousands of visits to our site every year, and much "gossip" (and competition!) between those who do this work in the world, we would have heard something, if there was something cautionary, to hear.

I'd also like to add, that the "review" above - is pretty opaque, and seems to be strident in it's tone - and seems to be completely confused about how a "psychic" reading works - the limitations of what folks who do this work can actually do in a BEST case scenario - and what obligation a psychic or medium has to the client, overall.

The very best, and most highly "tested" psychic mediums - the best of the best - people who have been tested in rigorous lab settings by scientists who have real "controls" and real protocols in place - dont' get everything right.  That's not even a real criteria - or metric - that these anamalous abilities, are even measured.    I can't speak to what Lauren may or may not promise her clients, but the idea, per the "rip off report" above, that the client was told something that didn't come true - is tantamount to being "ripped off" or "scammed" is totally silly.

A rip off, or a scam - is the intentional separation of a client from his or her money, through deception and an intention to manipulate.  (not a psychic prediction that didn't come true.  Most don't - that's NOT how psychic abilities work in the real world :)

A good medium will get a mixture of hits and misses - with the hits - those meaningful and mysterious moments of genuine insight and inspiration and information that offers help, hope and healing to those in pain - that is the magic and mystery of this experience.

But to publically pillory a person to the extent that this review (above) seems to go - with repeated insults and personal attacks - and a degree of animous that feels unusual to me - all while cloaked in the veil of secrecy and anonymity - that feels very suspect.

While I manage the famouspsychicmediums.com community - and many other communities in the spiritual growth space - I am personally agnostic - open - but still skeptical of most of what is said in this space - and have no vested interest in defending any of the mediums listed on our community. 

I do credit Lauren for taking the time to address this in great depth and detail -and it reminds me of our interaction several years ago - when she was equally as meticulous - very personable - and very nice - qualiites that clearly have been lost on the person filing the rip off report above.  

IF a reading is bad - say it - shout it - share it - ask for your money back - or whatever it is you need to feel whole.  But a psychic is not a superhero - or a cartoon character.  To expect them to be - says more about a clients confusion about what to expect, and what is really possible to know for certain in this messy world we all share - and in the account above, I dare say, this is where the real liability lies.

 I have been receiving phone readings from Lauren for a few years now. I have known her to be honest, straightforward, and professional. Her gifts are incredibly accurate. I am surprised by the anger in the complaint. If you had questions, or feedback, Lauren welcomes that. Also, it seems somewhat childish that you would not contact Lauren directly with any concerns that you may have had. Taking it to a public forum seems vindictive. I think you need to reflect on why you chose to have a reading in the first place, and why you feel that lashing out is the best way to resolve any issue you may be having. It makes your complaint seem fabricated.

Then, how accurate are you in a voicemail reading session?

What connection or connections are made in a voicemail reading session?

I am trying to understand here and not sure if I am. Open to hearing other people's experience that is not by voicemail as well.

Voicemail recordings are for those who seek privacy or live in a different time zone. They are very difficult to do and I do not know any psychic medium that provides this service but me.  I started these upon request and have had excellent feedback to date, actually amazing feedback, because I am not talking to the person face to face  or even over the phone. I look at the questions and then make a connection to receive the messages and record what I have received. I have no way during the recording to ask you if it makes sense or if you want additional information on what I told you.  

If you were unsure about if I was accurate or not  or how a voicemail session worked, you could have asked me. If you were unhappy with the reading, you could have told me.  After the reading is over, it's over and you are sent an email.  I am talking into a blank recorder with no other information which is extremely difficult to do. You are the only complaint I have received on this reading type, i.e. voicemail to date.  I have only received only about five complaints in 11 years.  Like I said I am not perfect. There are days I don't feel well but if someone felt I was off or didn't believe I made a good connection to them, I make things right, I don't ignore them.   You have never come forth and I have all of my voicemail clips that I will review. Again I have had no complaints from anyone but you.   I do not answer additional questions on top of the reading time, especially text because I have a family and other clients to take care of. 

I have done in person and over the phone readings with Lauren and as mentioned, I record each session on my own. I don't know if you are open to hearing my experience and story via phone but I can tell you, I am more than willing to share my real-life in person experience with Lauren and also get into details about the readings and also what I got out of them and also what has happened that Lauren heard and seen during the sessions. 

Her cold readings are always on point with me, and if not at that time, when I go back and listen to the recording, I realize what was meant by those cold readings and I am able to connect the dots of events in my life, in the past and present and even as they happen. 

I am not sure if the information in her voice-recorded readings (email/voicemail readings) are sugarcoated or not.  I cannot tell if the information said is true.

I would really like to know if the voicemail / voice-recording readings from Lauren are actually true?

**** I am one to respect everyone’s views and opinions because everyone is entitled to their own, but if it’s an opinion that can be addressed with the person before going this route and wasn’t done so, then there is some level and indication of immaturity.

I have been seeing Lauren for about 5 months, to the point where I am a regular because of the truthfulness in her readings that she has provided. I went in skeptical and lost and now am in a better place because of her guidance and readings. Lauren does not sugarcoat anything and is brutally honest in her answers to my questions. I have done medium and psychic readings and she connected me with a lost love that has brought me peace and closure and is mending another heartbreak in present time.

I record all of my sessions and listen to them on the regular – and I do this because it makes me think of what she read, saw and heard in different lights. I have to tell you that a lot of what she has said and predicted has come full force right in front of my face to the point where I am calling and texting her to let her know “I can’t believe this but you said this in one of your readings …” I take the readings and Lauren’s gift in her answers and predictions as a guidance for myself on what to expect or what I could expect and be prepared if it does happen.

It’s not only her predictions that are spot on but also her “cold readings” up front. She has been able to every single time tell me what has happened or what is happening and she also tells me why certain things were said or done. Like I mentioned, I record all sessions and I listen to them to make sense of what has happened or what could happen. Lauren has a true gift and I never once felt like she was being deceitful; it’s the opposite, she has always been honest and comforting – she will not tell you what you want to hear, she will tell you what SHE HEARS.

I am more than glad to talk about my experiences with Lauren – I can be a judge because I went in skeptical and lost and am now a true believer of people with this unique, embracing gift like Lauren is blessed to have.

 If your claim is legit, why don't you just call Lauren and express your concerns? Better yet you can hide through an e-mail to resolve your issue with Lauren. To post something like this without even identifying yourself is cowardly and absurd. I have read with Lauren before and if you are dissatisfied with her reading she will refund you the money. I think you made this all up on your own using your imagination and thoughts of what a reading SHOULD be.

I have read with Lauren for over a year now, I find her to be honest and she NEVER sugarcoats information to me. (I respect her having this trait). Everytime I do a reading with her, I find myself texting her OMG you were right. Lauren is spot on with her predictions and I will continue to read with her. I look forward to future readings with her. 

Again if you have an issue call Lauren and resolve the issue. Slandering somone is not the way to resolve this issue.

Sorry Lauren (Sorry Toots!) but you tell lies in psychic readings and give people fairy tales. You lied to me about health issues, work problems, relationships, people, and everything in my life. I first thought it was true and took the advice that you told me to do. But, I wasn't seeing any results or time-frames coming to pass.

This questions whether you are telling people the truthful information (backed up with evidence/proof) in a psychic reading or just providing non-sense and fairy-tales like information. I bet you lie in all email/voicemail readings. The information I got wasn't free. I actually paid for it. You tested and legitimate psychics like Lauren Bortolami-Robbins should be ashamed in deceiving clients and individuals in a paid psychic reading session (s) with information that is fake, sugarcoated and telling them false truths, false info, and false hope, and false guidance.

Whomeever the Author is of this original post, it is obvious you are a very angry, disrespectufl, and a bitter person because you didn't receive what you wanted.  Even though you won't come forth and say who you are to me via email or a simple phone call, if you are indeed a real client whom I actually read.   On my website, it says to contact me if you have any grievances (under reviews)  however you want to go to this level to publically file a "rip off" claim yet provide no details of who you are, which leads me to believe you could be just "anyone" or the person who contacted me last week and said I read you through an voicemail session and wanted clarity, yet I did not have your name, payment, or voicemail record because I actually never read you or you be anyone who wants to defame a psychic.  I have weighed on this today and thinking of how I will respond.  I have decided to not respond to your false accusations any longer of being a "liar" and telling you what you want to hear.  I have no recourse to address this to you in person as you wont' identify yourself (convenient).  Should people want to judge me based on this report, that is your call. Well, Lauren, you did lied to me in a voicemail reading. I am not revealing the date, time of the session or the individual's name. But, I feel as though you lied to me when a prediction did not come true. You could have lied to me throughout our session. I cannot even tell if the information you gave me was actually true.

What you said might be all fairytales with no truth and no proof. You probably just told me what "I wanted to hear." and not what "I needed to know." I am not a competitor. I am one of your clients and you lied to me.

I don't know if tested psychics like you are really telling people the actually, full honest, non-sugarcoating truth in a psychic reading.

You might not be who you say you are.

 It is very sad that there are people in this world out to hurt others even though they have probably not even met them in person.  I was looking for a psychic and I googled Lauren and there was not one negative comment to be found.  I have an email/voicemail session with her tonight and I am looking forward to it.

Obviously you are a jealous competitor and an evil one as well.  You mentioned in your post that you feel hurt and ashamed.  You should feel ashamed! You are not a good person, because if you actually did have a reading with Lauren and were dissatisfied you would have wanted to discuss it with her or at least ask for a refund.

I am shocked to have been told about this complaint and quiet honestly do not believe it is one of my clients who filed this but perhaps a competitor as this industry has blown up in my area.  I have over 150+ written reviews, have recently written a book, and have been in the media alot lately. I do not know who this person and never received a phone call or email about this person being unhappy.   To file a complaint, the first one in 11 years, on a public website to try to damage my reputation or credentails shocks and saddens me, especially when I have such a great repor with my clients, and volunteer alot of my time to those in need.   I read thousands of people a year in person, over the phone, and voicemail.''

Most of my clients are repeat telling me what I just told them happened and would let me know if they had a question on any of my reading work.  There are many clients that tell me as well that somethings happened and some did not, as they did not follow my advice or soemthing else happened that threw off the outcome. I am not saying i am never wrong, or can't be off, but this is an understanding  for psyshic readings if you really know what they are. I would say i am 90% accurate and would not be out there publically if I was awful at what I do. I believe this person either did a false claim to ruin my reputation in the industry.   I have over many legitimate written reviews and yes, I have been tested and endorsed. I have a great standing in my line of work.  If someone is unhappy they should reachout for me to explain again, why, I cannot make a psychic prediction happen.  This person is either a competitor or very bitter.  I think to not reach out publically to me in person first before filing a complaint says alot. 

All clients are told in person and also must agree to my policies and terms of conditions when booking a session, such as I cannot guarentee a psychic reading because I am dealing with the physical world and the person I am reading and those associated with them have free will and can change things at any time. When I read I am seeing what is happeningnow and in the future, however if tghe person decides to take a diffrent course or do smething different i did not recommend, I cannot be responsible for that, nor if the information does not happen. That is truly the difficult part of doing psychic readings yet there is a huge need. To be falsely accused of something is just wrong.  There are times the people I am reading are off or don't trust what I said and I find those are the people who often complain.  Reach out in person if you are really a person I read, tell me the date, time, and where I read you. I have a database that shows me all of my clients. I have also received emails and calls from people who said they were following up on a reading and wanted more information and I have no record of their session, phone number, or payment. Goes to show you that people will do anything for free information. That is why I have a database and a booking system. 

I am not sure if Lauren Bortolami-Robbins is really actually told the truth in the psychic reading I had with her. She made had provided me with false hope and false truth. Is the psychic reading I had with her was a lie? Was the information all deception and simply just feeding on my imagination/a figment of my imagination as well as what is inside my head, including thoughts?  Is Lauren Bortolami Robbins a liar? Is she telling me what I need to know? Or, what I want to hear?

I guess everything - the entire psychic reading I had with her and timeframes/predictions were all false and not true, and simply just fairy-tales and Lauren Bortolami-Robbins is simply an entertainer then.
