Lava Properties will not return my money. I never signed a lease and never moved into their property, yet they refuse to give my money back to me. They kepp saying they wil mail it to me, but they haven't after nearly 2 months. I just want my money.
I am a working single woman and a senior citizen and I need that money. I had to borrow money this month to pay my rent because of LAVA. I am so mad with lava!!! There is no excuse for the dishonest, irresponsible, corrupt way they handle their business. They KNOW they owe me that money ($1,000). They've given me 4 or 5 different dates as to when they would send it. Still nothing. I NEED that money!!! Lava's a pack of crooks!!!!

Lava Properties, LLC uses Craigslist to RIP People Off. Check out their negative BBB record.Do not give them your MONEY and check your credit card statements for FRAUD. They are very dishonest and will SCAM you out of your money. BEWARE!!! Do not do business with Lava. Don't give them your hard-earned money!!!! You will have to sue them in court to get it back.
