Last summer I ordered some bathrooms products from Lavabogiant. They were very fast to reply my mails in the beginning, but after the first payment took place, nothing was heard from them for a long time. They didnt answer mails, and was impossible to reach by phone.




Lavabo contacted us several months later and told us they where now able to send the items. We made the last payment through AlertPay.





After the last transaction took place, some of the items where send. But a Fantini showerhead ( price 910 ) was missing.





I have mailed them several times about the missing showerhead and asked them to send the showerhead or return the 910 , without getting an answer. 





Friends of mine have contacted Lavabo through other mail addresses and got a reply immediately.





I contacted Fantini, who told me, that the showerhead has never been ordered by Lavabo, and AlertPay who said the the money had been withdrawn from my account.





We CAN NOT recommend anybody to deal with Lavabogiant, since the risk of not getting what you ordered or not getting your money back are to great.





Lavabogiant has now changed their company address 3 times the last year....
