Complaint Review: Law Firm of Hayt Hayt and Landau - Eatontown New Jersey

Didn't see anyone making references to anyone's appearance.  As for the statements made about co-workers, they are 100% true.  The place in a very depressing office that turns people into cold-hearted ghouls.  The getting mommy's & daddy's cell phone reference is also 100% true.

It's horrible how much the truth hurts & if you work there, deep down you know the things being said here are absolutely accurate.  I am truly sorry that you are an employee of HH&L and cannot see the brain-wash job that business does on you. 

As someone that has had many jobs in my lifetime, I can unequivocally state working at HH&L was the single worst experience of my professional career.  Not only because of the work, because of the so called "co-workers" as well.  The whole place just "sucks" (sorry if that word offends you, it was the nicest thing I could think of to say about the joint - sad but true).

While I am sorry that your experience was less than desirable, attacking people with such sophomoric and personal insults is unprofessional and takes validation away from your argument.

To attack people because of their appearance, or the way they speak is not only cruel; it shows your character or lack thereof. Not to mention using terms such as cuz and n and various other grammatical and spelling errors doesnt exactly send your message home.

The employees at HHL are some of the BEST employees that I have had the pleasure of working with. I am proud to say that my Co-workers exemplify camaraderie by going above and beyond for one another.

I hope by now that you have been successful in finding an office where you are happy and productive.

 

That place is ran by a bunch of money hungry assh@les, that think they know how to sell but really have no clue, using scare tactics to collect money from people who are in debt is not selling! If I was a girl I'd slap the s**t out of That old hag carol and the midget sloth Stacy, Carol sounds like she's dying of Emphysema on the phone n carol, for future reference, if u go back on the phone, where you should be, cuz u don't know how to manage for s**t, you should just say your names Carl cuz u sound like a dude, and Stacy your lucky it's phone sales cuz if it was face to face sales you'd be working at Micky ds cuz your just straight up nasty! Sam your just straight up as fake as the so called law firm... I so hope all you guys read this cuz I'd love to see the facial reaction n the sad part is, everything written is true! Maybe it will be a reality check!

I also worked for HH&L & let me tell you something, this place SUCKS!!  I have never seen a bigger group of crooks in my life.  They are a collection company claiming to be an Attorney's office. 
 
The management there are the coldest hearted people you ever saw.  Carol the manager is a BEAST!  Stacy & Sam are even worse. 
 
The paperwork is haphazard at best, their records suck.  It's a huge collection slaughter house.  They have a bell on the managers desk that you ring when you collect money.  Everyone cheers, it's so amateurish. 
 
There are individual $$$ incentives & team incentives for reaching collection goals.  The team rides each other meanly if they feel you are not collecting & contributing to that team bonus.  If you have any questions, best not to ask with the treatment you receive. 
 
I watched with disgust collectors get "mommy & daddy's" cell phone number from kids, they would actually question kids as to how do you get mommy or do you have a cell for them, this is the "lawyers office".  When scammed a kid into an additional number to call a "debtor", the howling would start, like trolls dancing around a fire.  It was very sick & twisted. 
 
The completely UNTRUE & horrible things I heard collection agents claiming to be "paralegals" say was really bad.  Threatening terrible consequences for not paying this debt today.  All of the threats completely false & utter lies.  Then get off the phone & giggle about it or make another call & say even more outlandish things to the next person. 
 
HH&L is truly a hellhole with ghoulish co-workers & twisted, mean & cruel management.  What a horrible place, honestly & without contest the worst job & place I ever worked.
