This attorney, James G. Schmier (P70825) is unseasoned and inexperienced. Nine months after accepting legal representation and a retainer of $1700.00, he says "this case is hard". That's what he said "this case is hard". He then petitioned the court to withdraw as counsel after nine monthsbut did not show up for his own hearing. Someone else stood in proxy for him saying that he Schmier is not feeling well. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that something is wrong with that picture. He, Schmierlies and cannot be trusted.
