While representing Case No. GC 09 1653 in the Michigan 46th District Court, those attributes were not exposed. Nine months after accepting legal representation and $1700.00, he said "this case is hard". That's what he said "this case is hard". He petitioned the court to withdraw. I allowed it. The truth is he was negligent and did not know what he was doing. He had received motion but did not respond. The ex-client discovered this later, after he withdrew as counsel. He had received Notice of Hearing but did not appear. Ex-client discovered this later too, after he withdrew as counsel but he (Schmier) says he is experienced and agressive.
