I operate Low Cost Immigration Assistance, Inc. in Yakima where I have been privileged to assist the Latino population. During the time of the incident Mr. Alford was the opposing counsel, but not directly . Mr. Banda showed up at my office uninvited and I spoke to him regarding his interest in the Bar Complaint and I later had him at my house on two occasions for dinner and at the office we infrequently shared cocktails and spoke. Mr. Alford requested that I give him a copy of a letter I had written for Mr. Renteria and I refused. I felt that I was perhaps imagining things when I believed I saw Mr. Banda in my office snooping on two occasions when it was impossible. It was impossible because my office has alarms and there was no way he could possibly get in to the office. Because I was so pensive about the situation, I decided to hold my thoughts.

because it seemed that my thoughts were misguided because, how could someone get into the office and bypass the alarms which include motion sensors. Now it is some two and a half years later and I have suddenly started seeing Etoy Alford at my house. He appears to be attempting to mine data from the computers, but there is a more assiduous value placed on his current behavior because I felt certain that on three occasions I have awoken to find Mr. Alford and someone else in my house where Mr. Alford appoeared to be mining parts of my body to be placed into this other individual. In effect, what I am saying is unbelievable, but it is true. Mr. Alford has somehow gained the ability to enter into houses and offices by moving, seemingly, through walls.

The reason I am certain that he is mining body parts is the fact that I could hear the conversation he was having with the person he had with him and the conversation was in relation to the part of the body that Mr. Alford was intent on delivering to this person. I confronted Mr. Alford about this by telephone and he indicated that I was perhaps a little delusional, yet right after the conversation I could see the clear outline of Mr. Alford in my house on numerous occasions. It appears that what he is intent on stealing must come from me because, certainly, there are other candidates who would probably be less aware than I. I owe Mr. Alford no ill will but the fact that he has been told on several occasions that he is not welcome at my house he still shows up and it is feared that his deeds will not be discovered and I also wonder if any of his previous clients or prospective clients were subjected to this same level of spying by an attorney.

I also recall that there was another case where a woman had come in complaining about the 10,000 she had been drafted into a contract by Alford and I made a call to Mr. Alford and Mr. BAnda, his partner and they asked me to send the woman to see them and she was never seen of again. I don't know what happened to her. The woman was there on behalf of a relative named "Sergio" and the date I saw them was 2/20/12 which would provide you with a starting point if you sought to gain records from Banda to locate .the family of "Sergio." It is very easy to see the harm this could do the legal profession if it could be shown that these men interfered with clients using abnormal and unauthorized means in order to get them to sign contracts and whether they have used these tactics to aid their legal practice.

It is no mystery of how a judge will rule if you are already aware of the outcome by snooping using nefarious means which come close to Black Magic. It apppears that the friend of Mr. Alford had an injury of some type and needed a transplant of some type and this is why they were looking for parts in my body. I thought Frankenstein was a story and did not believe that it could occur in our modern civilization. Mrt. Alford has broken all the mores that one could imagine by this fact. I am aware that your resources are limited, but I put this in the record in order to ensure that you have it in case someone else brings a similar complaint you will not look at them as if they are crazy but would have a foundation upon which to build.
