I attended the California state fair 3 years ago with my daughter . While browsing the exhibitions we were approached by 2 vendors from the Le Bleu Paris demo tent. They were doing hair demos and said my daughter would be a perfect example because her hair was so curly. The lady next to her was trying the straightening brush while my daughter was being worked on by the infrared straightener. After hearing the prices i quickly passed .They wrte adking almost $300 for the straightener and over $150-200 for the brush. I did not have that type of money. The restrooms were right next to the booth and i was waiting for my daughter when the blonde haired kids with the french accent (probably fake now that i think about it) approached me sayong if i paid $200 for the straightener her would throw in the "newbrush" for 30$. I was so hesitant but according to him the straightener would last with a lifetime guarentee amd would never damage our hair. This was important because my girl was getting older and wanted to straighten her hair often but i refused because i didnt want her to damage it. So i thought it would be a good investment due the the lifetime Warranty. So i forked over the money. They loaded us up with these big bags with the bulging boxes. Fast forwad a few months.. i didnt get the chance to use the equipment for about a month and of couse when i did the effect was nothi g like the demo. About a year later i see the straightener kind of peeling or chiped color on the side which according to them would never happen. I google the company to find out about the warranty only to discover i was ripped off and given a $20 straightener and a cheap straightening brush!! I am so upset and disgusted that i trusted this company.
