I've ordered an item through the website: www.le-sav.com

Basically I have paid for an item, which they say was shipped on the 5th of January to Portugal (from France), and we are now on the 17th of February and I still haven't received the item, and they haven't replied after I have asked for a refund.

This is the way it happened:

- I ordered it on the 28th of December, 2008, using their website, but since I did not receive a confirmation I sent them an email. Even though I did not receive a confirmation email, my credit card was charged.

- 13 days later (on the 20th of January) I received an email saying that there had been a computer problem and that orders by credit card had not been taken into account, so they recreated my purchase and noted it as a cheque purchase (although it was purchased with my credit card). They also said that the item had been shipped on the 8th of January.

- On the 24th of January I replied saying that I still had not received my item. I also asked them to get in touch with the transportation company to be able to track the item and see what was happening or else I would have to ask for a refund.

- On the 4th of January I sent another email saying that it had been 4 weeks since the item had been shipped and that I still had not received it, and that this was definitely too much for a package to take from France to Portugal. At this time, I also had not had a reply since my previous email. I said that I wanted a refund and I sent them my IBAN so they could do an international bank transfer for the refund.

- They replied on the 5th of January with a very simple response saying that they were going to contact the carrier and that they would inform me as soon as they had an answer from the carrier.

- I sent them an email on the 11th of February telling them that I was not willing to wait anymore and asking them if hey were willing to cooperate in giving me a refund. I have got no response from them since the 5th of February. I also told them that I would be taking legal actions if I had no response from them (which I haven't).

This is the way it went.
