Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company has been ripping people off for quite some time now and it's about time they're stopped. I spoke with John (Vikas Sharma) who seemed very nice in the beginning and real attentive. I never send funds through Western Union but these guys got me good so I went against my better judgement. Well, they proved to me once again why you never send funds through WU that you haven not done business with before. Anyway, I ordered 20 leads from him to start with and after the first 4 or 5 my partner and I looked at each other and said, "hmmm...something is really off". I actually had been in contact with one of his competitors at the time and he told me that John and his team script the homeowners and tells them what to say when you're talking with them. I thought that was odd but at that point needed to follow through since I had already paid. When I voiced my concerns to John, he got really nasty with me and told me that it was my fault that I couldn't close them due to my sales skills and shouldn't be blaming in on him. He then cut off my login access and would not send the rest of my leads to me. I contacted him repeatedly with no response. After about a week or so, I was contacted by one the homeowners I had been speaking with and he told me that he felt obligated to contact all of the companies he was speaking with to let them know they were being scammed. In this particular case, these were loan mod leads so John and his team were telling the homeowners that they were going to reduce their mortgage rate, as long as they agreed to speak to a few companies and say what John and his team told him to say, word for word. Actually, as I was on the phone with him when someone from John's team was calling him with another company for him to speak to. He said he knew something wasn't right either and thought he was getting scammed so he did some research. When he was speaking with one of the companies a woman had said to him, "Hey, I just paid $20 to speak to you". That is when he knew the scam wasn't on him, it was on us!!! This goes out to all of you that are considering doing business with this guy and his team. Please save your money! He will do it to you also. This is a huge scam going on in India right now as it happened again shortly after that with another company. Luckily, I was able to do a chargeback on that one. They are preying on innocent businesses that are sometimes using their last resources to stay alive and in some cases are bankrupting them. It's such a shame. Please guys, stay away from these people!!! The homeowner that contacted me is willing to be a witness for us and anyone else that needs help bringing these guys down.
