I have worked with this company for a few months.  Since then we have really not had to many issues and seemed to work pretty well together.  We just placed a new order 3 weeks ago, did not pay our usual way as a wire.  To get them money faster to start leads up we sent him a western union.  Now after we paid, he refused to send us leads.  Told us it was for late payments, but we pay before we get the order??  Do not use them for some reason they are starting to rip there clients off.

This company with ower - Joe & Katie are totally fake. Initially when I started with them, my contract was to give them leads for one week on post payment and then on the basis of production of a week, they will start pre payment. During that one week they kept on saying that lead quality is very good and they have been able to close lot of deals (more than even expected). After one week, they just disappeared. Stoped answering the calls or emails. After a regular follow up of 15-20 days, luckily they answered the calls (because they were inneed of further transfers). They then paid me for the one week and also prepaid for 20 leads saying that once I deliver 40 leads, they will send me money for next 40 leads (20 for the balance and 20 for pre payment). After I delivered them 40 leads, they said payment would be delayed for few days but requested to keep sending the transfers. I sent them 37 transfers. Again the same story -- they disappeared.... no calls no emails.... After almost a month and half they answered my phone, again requesting for more transfers and then paid me for 40 leads. From that 40 leads, 37 was for the balance leads and then I sent them 7-8 more leads, out of which he approved 4 and kept the others as pending. So 37+4 = 41, they paid me for 40 and I gave them 41 (plus 3-4 still pending). After getting burnt twice from the same company, I am not willing to send them any more leads on pre payment basis.

I have all the proofs to justify my point, I have their signed contract also.

Apart from this, I came to know from lot other centers that just I am not the victim of this client. I personally know 2 call centers that this client has not paid. One them gave them almost 100 transfers. This guy (Joe - Joseph) never answers the calls of those centers. When I told him about that incident, he admitted not paying those centers.

I have the recording of the conversation where he admitted not paying those centers because he was short of money. I can present that to anyone.

However, its all your opinion but I would suggest all of you not to work with this company without Pre Payment.

Such type of people have made the work hell !
