When I booked the Steelers Cruise 2014 the ad said there would be new players added weekly, there wasn't. It said we would have full access too all the players on this 5 day cruise, we did not. It said we would get autographs, another joke. It made you believe that you would be interacting with all of the players, you werent. Heath Miller wouldn't sign autographs or hang with the fans even though he got paid to do this cruise and a free family vacation. I booked the most expensive class because i was to get a private lounge with the Steelers, I didn't. I was to get a private departing breakfast, I didn't.

I was to get fast passes to the autograph sessions, I got 4. I spoke with Annie before even getting on the cruise when they posted 2 weeks before the cruise that Hines Ward and Franco Harris, the two headliners wouldn't be doing autographs and that Mel Blount would not sign footballs, jerseys or helmets because of his contract (a lie). This after everyone had already booked their cruise based on their advertising. I questioned Annie on this, she assured me I would get autographs because I had a private lounge with them, just to shut me up.

She also told me that the Fast Pass worked like in Disney where I would get to the head of the line (separate line actually) for all other autograph sessions and that more then one wouldn't be held at a time. Another lie, neither of those transpiried. At times they had 6 players signing at a time. They provided fast passes for 4 sessions, 9-10, but if you got there at 9:30 they wouldn't let you in. I paid 3 times what the cruise was worth, and yet other people that went to the Leadership League desk on the cruise and complained were given fast passes and tickets to private events that I paid for.

This was the biggest rip off of a sports cruise I have ever seen. We were suppose to be given Hines Ward shirts, some got them, some of us are still waiting. Very disorganized and they would just tell you what you wanted to hear but never come through with the promises. Everywhere you went on the ship people were complaining because of the poor customer service from Leadership League. Unprofessional. Their own staff and the staff their hired for security didn't know what was going on most of the time. Horrible horrible.
