my dispute is that i did not order the product knowingly. when i called the merchant they said that it was an automatic shipment after a free sample and that i needed to cancel the order and return the product. i did and called and they said that they had received it and a credit would be issued. i called a month later and was told the same. three months later and i have not received a credit.

In regards to your post where you said: "See the other reports on this company that will give you the owner's information. His name is Jason. Maybe if the complaints included the owner's info they would take it more seriously? Just a thought. But please know, I did everything in my power to get rid of them. It's just that some one else picked them up." Just wondering if you could share with us your involvement on this whole ordeal. Maybe if you could give us all an 'insider tip', if you will, as to what all has gone on?

Leanlife was shut down by their bank processor. However, when the bank advised them of the closure, they indicated they already had another bank that would take them on. They make so much money with this scam that all the bank looks at is the numbers. They don't take the time to look into wether or not they are selling a valid product. See the other reports on this company that will give you the owner's information. His name is Jason. Maybe if the complaints included the owner's info they would take it more seriously? Just a thought. But please know, I did everything in my power to get rid of them. It's just that some one else picked them up.

Hi, I've already filed my own rip-off report on this company. After I had ordered the free sample & cancelled, I saw a charge on my online banking site to my checkcard. I called the company & asked to speak to a supervisor & the girl had the nerve to tell me that there are no supervisors (yeah, riiiiight)! She told me that the product had not left their warehouse yet, so they still had the shipment, but there was no way for them to cancel the shipment & I would have to wait until the product was delivered to me & then return it & I would get a refund. She specifically told me, more than once, that if I did this, "You will get a refund". I paid $12 to have it sent back UPS, instead of marking it "return to sender", so that I would have proof that it was delivered back to them. After speaking to the Leanlife rep & my bank, I went on this site & found out from fellow LeanLife PM rip-off reporters that this company does not issue refunds, but rather store credits. I went back on Leanlife's site & had to actually click on the link to order the free sample (w/o entering in any of my info) before I saw the link for their refund policy. Sure enough, they do not issue refunds on auto-shipments, instead they issue merchandise credits to order other products. I'm sure this is because anyone that has ever received an auto-shipment from this company would never want to do business with them ever again. My bank said that this isn't considered fraud b/c I had actually given this company my credit card # in the past (complete bulls***). So now my case is being treated as a regular dispute w/ the merchant & it will take up to 120 days to get my money back in my account, if I get my money back at all. Note to Editor: Everytime I check back on your site & do a search for this company, the number of reports has multiplied. What, if anything, can we do to get this company shut down?!?!?!
