I attended the Boston Expo in Dec 06. I went to Lowry's class and a friend and purchased his program for $1,000. Missing was the cruise voucher, information providing the toll free number & his program (seperate from reading materials & cd's) where they provide the financing and split of profit. I have been calling the corporate office since Dec to get this and they take my number say they are going to call back and don't. I also sent them an email from thier site, no response. As far as I am concerned I am being defrauded. I just sent an email to the learning annex, and with the bad rap I don't expect much, so that is to be determined. My next step is to take action with the BBB for both organizations and file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General. I am going to attempt to get my money refunded, if not atleast I know I have done what I can to report the fraud.

Update, I contacted the Learning Annex as they requested. They were cooperative and refunded me my money immediately including the tax and paid for the shipping for the return. Thank You Learning Annex for correcting this problem.
