At the Wealth Expo in NYC I attended a seminar by M. Madson. I was told that if I took his course on "Creative Financing" that I would have access to a lifetime mentor, riskfree investment opportunities that required no money down, opportunities to IAI deals (it was not disclosed that as a basic IAI member that I would be getting access to deals nearly everyone passed up or that I would potentially have access to no real estate investment opportunities) and that by the time I completed his course that I would be able to complete deals right away.

Learning Annex was the organization that signed me up for this course. Learning Annex never disclosed during their confirmation phone call that I was being placed in a "Basic Investor Training" course. I confirmed when signing up at the Wealth Expo that I was signing up for a live three day course called "Creative FInancing".

Well I attended what I thought waS the creative financing course only to find out that it was basically a sales pitch for their "Wealth Institute". There was virtually no creative financing covered. And when they briefly stopped their sales pitch and motivation speeches they only ever so briefly mentioned financing techniques.

The $995.00 course that Learning signed me up for was 60% sales pitch for IAI/WI (Wealth Institute) stuff, 30% motivational speeches and 10% investing training (and of the 10% only 3% covered creative financing).

Learning ANNEX set me up. I was deceived. A bait and switch was run on me. I was smart enough not to spending anymore cash on this seemingly losing endeavor.

It is well known that the workshops, seminars and classes at the Learning Annex give enough information to educate one interested in the topic being taught AND also provide the student of the class with more specific instructions available for purchase. If you attended a class thinking you were getting something for nothing, the greatest benefit you received was reporting your "opinion" here at Rip-Off. In so doing, I see that you provided links within your 'report'. I imagine the links contained within the 'report' you're posting aid you in garnering leads and earning cash for clicks? This is a typical method taught in courses pertaining to earning cash online. Write reports, include links, create lists. Everyone needs to earn a living, including the instructors utilizing the Learning Annex's venue. The Learning Annex devotes it's energy and time to pulling together all the resources to allow individuals the opportunity to be instructors of what they know best and at the same time provide affordable classes. People pay for information. Some buy without fully using their purchase and then others are seriously interested in learning all they can about the topics taught and utilize the product purchased.

THE LEARNING ANNEX WANTS TO RESOLVE THIS STUDENT'S CONCERN

We are very disappointed to hear that this student was not satisfied with IAI's three-day training. Many students have enjoyed this training and profited from it. The Learning Annex only wants satisfied students. We have taught hundreds of thousands of students for over 28 years. The instructor organization referenced in the post, IAI, is one of dozens of instructors who teach at our Wealth Expo. Donald Trump, George Foreman, David Bach, Celebrities and Stars from the hit DVD and book, The Secret, and Tony Robbins also teach at this terrific educational event. We stand behind our classes 100% and will refund the cost of this student's program. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify this student based on the information provided in the post. We urge the student to contact Jerome at [email protected] so that we can immediately resolve this issue. We have been in business for over 28 years teaching our students how to better themselves and we only want satisfied students.
