Thank you so much ripoffreport.com and Dominick at The Learning Annex. I thank the both of you for helping me resolve a simple dispute that never should have gone on as long as it did. Your website gave me the opportunity to get in touch with the "right" person who I needed to resolve my dispute. I got in touch with Dominick and he resolved the dispute immediately. He did what my 100 Billion dollar credit card company could'nt. If you ever have a dispute with the Learning Annex, get in touch with Dominick at their New York office. Dominic- I saw your rebuttal- How can you be contacted? I called the NY office 212-371-0280 and went to directory for names.When I put your name in, they give extensions, but no name. Please verify a way to contact you. Regards,

Hundreds of students have learned from the Scott Scheel Commercial Property Program, and we regret that this student was not one our satisfied customers. The intensive Boot Camp the student signed up for, and the "free sample preview" seminar were two different events; the intensive Boot Camp was not free and it is unfortunate that the student did not attend because the reviews were excellent. We have no record of this student, but if she/he contacts me, I will gladly refund his money in its entirety. The Learning Annex has been in business 28 years, we have had hundreds of thousands of students take our program, and we want only satisfied learners.
