Re: "Then why wasn't the refund given in the first place? Why did it take this posting? Seems like many companies just hope you'll go away if they ignore you long enough!" I'll tell you why... because they have another ripoff show coming up in San Francisco next week and a whole new boatload of suckers to rip off. It's hard to do when there are a bunch of unresolved rip-off reports floating around. These reports really do mean something - unfortunately most of the Learning Annex victims know nothing about RipOff Report. The few dollars it takes to take care of the "squeaky wheel" cases is nothing compared to the tons of cash to be scammed at the show.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and apologize that the customer did not receive a satisfactory resolution of this matter. The Real Estate Wealth Expo is a wonderful learning opportunity and we are sorry that the customer's schedule precluded her from attending our Los Angeles event. We have contacted the customer and are providing her with a full refund. We have been in business for over twenty years teaching our students how to better themselves and we want only satisfied learners.
