We are sorry to hear that this student was not satisfied with the products she purchased at The Real Estate & Wealth Expo. The Learning Annex only wants satisfied students. We have taught hundreds of thousands of students, if not millions, successfully. Nevertheless, we understand that this student was not satisfied. We stand behind our product and have given the student a 100% refund. We are glad that we were able to resolve this student's concern. We have been in business for over twenty years teaching our students how to better themselves.

I have received a full refund from the learning annex. it took six months and coutless letters to my state's attorney general, new york state attorney general, the ceo of american express. but i truly believe the letter to my state's attorney general did the trick. the office of the ag of california answered my complaint within two weeks. they told me they would be contacting the learning annex as to my complaint. shortly thereafter, i got a call from a simon block, a supervisor at the learning annex at (646) 346-2946. try calling him, but also send your letters to your respect atty generals. good luck! i was out $5,000.
