I spoke to Lisa Ganz in the New York Learning Annex office and unfortunately I lost my confirmation number.

Here is the deal the Learning annex has these things called the real estate expo which I attended back in Nov 22, 2006 in New York. When I was there I seen Marshall Sylver, during his presentation or show he offered his "Turning Point" Seminar.

In this presentation he said show up and if you do not like it after the first day you can ask for a refund. Well the Turning Point Seminar was jan 13 and Jan 14 in 2007 I went on Jan 13 and it was ok, but also you know what i will not go into that all I know is I did not want to return and I wanted my money back.

So I called Lisa Ganz at the Learning Annex and she said they would check inot and call me back well here we are and I still have not gotten a call back nor a refund. I have called a few more times and have still not recieved a refund I am even fighting this with my credit card compnay.

I informed that they they took such good attendence on Saturday that they should check their records that I did not show up on Wednesday.

All I want is these people to stick to their word they said show up i did i particiapted and I did not want to return Sunday I was totally unhappy with the seminar

Please be careful when you hear guarantees like this

Learning Annex took care of my problem, and I really appreciate it. The Learning Annex is really a very classy operation, however as in any company a customer service rep could give a potential bad impression. I am glad that I was able to resolve this through electronic means as I just have been very busy lately and I appreciate their prompt response to the matter.

We are sorry to hear that this student was disappointed with the first day of Marshall Sylver's Turning Point seminar. Thousands of our Real Estate & Wealth Expo students have enjoyed learning persuasion techniques from Mr. Sylver. Under Mr. Sylver's guarantee, students who attend the first day of his Turning Point seminar can cancel the program for a full refund by submitting a written cancellation request at the seminar at the conclusion of the first day. Based upon the post, it appears as though this student did not do that. Nevertheless, we understand that this student was not satisfied. Since 1980, the Learning Annex has always wanted satisfied students. Accordingly, we have refunded this student's money.
