Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In April of 2002, we went along with an agreement to rent a manual credit card swiping machine from Lease Finance Group and Global Payments, a.k.a. CIT.

At the end of the lease term, we returned the equipment as instructed. They continued for over a year, after the end of the term and after receipt of them receiving the equipment back, to automatically debit my account for anywhere from $50 to $150. They vary their charge amounts to push the automatic debit through the stop payment order - to attempt to go unnoticed.

To begin with, on the original contract, someone at CIT, a.k.a. Global Payments forged my signature. We have contacted Global Payments AND Lease Finance Group numerous times by phone and certified mail to ask them to stop the wrongful charging to my account and the harrassment.

Currently, Lease Finance Group claims, through phone calls, that the account has been closed. Yet, to this day they continue to debit my account for so-called "payments due".

We are going to be reporting them to the SEC as one of their parent companies which is registered with the New York Stock Exchange, CIT. We will also be reporting them to the NFIB as well.

I strongly reccommend against getting involved with this company in any way. They have very deceiving and mis-leading business practices and they are theives! I will be filing a lawsuit against them - I want the money stolen from me back!!!

Those companies are not conglomerated with each other. At the time of 2002, the other companies were affiliated with Global E-Telecom which is entirely a separate entity and has no affiliation with Global Payments either.
