LeaseComm still up to old practice. I called as suggested by BBB of Woburn,Mass. and got the same run around. They are willing to accept a buy out of $325.00 from original of $2,100.00 but they put you on hold while they look up your file and talk to their supervisor. I asked the person I talked to explain the settlement and he had a whole different explaination than what was listed on the BBB site under their Company name and I told him that. Well he talked to his supervisor- came back and said so you're willing to make a settlement and of course I say no, I don't owe anything. He say's we're willing to accept the buy out of $325.00 due in 15 days. I tell him he needs to send me some paperwork and he gets huffy stating either I agree today or I will still owe $2,100.00. I say - explain these charges and he gets even more huffy and said he's not going to send me any paper work unless I agree. I say I'm not agreeing to anything I want to know why you are willing today to accept $325.00 on a $2,100.00 lease you say I owe. He tells so you don't want to agree to the $325.00 buy out and tells me to have a nice day. Same old stuff. I have now e-mailed BBB of California to help me since E-Commerce is also involved with this company and has the same bad dealing reports, although they originally refunded my money because I had brought in the Credit Card Company that was charged each month. I believe someone in these two company's are talking and confering on any dispute and they both should be investigated by all the State Attorney's General in this recent government settlement for further allegations.
