Complaint Review: Leaseown Homes - Scottsdale Arizona

We saw a new post today about Marv.  Can you please post information of when and where he is operating from.  He will go directly to jail. 

 You are lying on all these rebuttals!!! Stop lying and pay all of us back that you have scammed!!! I am so sad to see more individuals got scammed after you scammed us out of almost $20,000 dollars! And to see that you are still using your poor victim wife as a pawn!!!! Ridiculous. Come forward and pay all of us what you Owe back to us.

Marvin L Rousselow borrowed money from me to purchase a specially equiped vehicle for his 'sick wife', Unfortunately, I hae learned that in Marv's world that is his hook phrase to get unsuspecting people to lend him money then try and leagally steal it from them by manipulating you, the systems, the courts, anything he thinks he can get away with.

At this time (12-2017), the Arizona Attorney General has an open civil complaint against Marvin L Rousselow and LeaseOwnHomes for multiple coulnts of consumer fraud. This complaint is delaying his use of the Federal Bankruptcy Court, laws and procedures to delay my attempts and his other creditor's attempts to protect their interests in his eighth bankruptcy filing since 1999.

I dont care what his rebuttals state, they are ALL lies. Unfortunately, I know this first hand. Rousselow and his company are thieves and if you do business with him in any way he will do his best to steal your money. His 2010 bankruptcy looks almost exactly like his 2016 bankruptcy; failing to record the lien in breach of the contract he signed - they caught it, I didn't, manipulating the bankruptcy court, judge, trustee, laws and procedures to delay procedures by not paying bankruptcy fees, filing without an attorney then bringing one in, failure to file all of the required paperwork, failure to respond, failure to provide required documentation, failure to make payments to the trustee, failure to make post-payments payments to creditors, multiple postponed hearings, once the stay is lifted for noncompliance then he files motions to reinstate, then delaying the hearing, getting the bankruptcy reinstated then not paying again. The 2016 bankruptcy has been dimssied four times so far since September 21, 2016 and low and behold it has been reinstated yet again.

With any luck at all, the AZ Attorney General will finally put Rousselow in jail and stop this serial thief and conartist from stealing from the rest of us.

 I've never worked for Marv he stole money from us when we tried to buy a home with a lease option in Phoenix. I'm not your contractor, we never got the house and asked for our money back! You refused so we have been working with others who have been Stolen from! If you think you can somehow come after us legally I'd like to know for what! You stole and you will be taken down. We work with the law everyday on this

I am reponding to this report and it is intended for the person whom filed the original complaint.  I too was ripped off by Marv Rousselow.  I estimate approximently 20-25K.  I am interested in being apart of your persuit to reclaim loss money.  Please contact me or provide me with any contact information.

This entire complaint was filed by a contractor who stole 20k from our company and the contract was immediately terminated when it was discovered.

The Contractor paid back 8K of the money stolen and refused to pay the balance.

The Contractor signed a non-compete contract but started a company anyway and posted this complaint to try to get more business.

It is unfornate that there are people like this in the world.

Legal action is being taken against the party.

This was a legal real estate contract signed by all parties, we acquired a contract on a home and assigned the contract on the home. In the state of Arizona there is no cooling off period when you enter into a real estate contract. The party would have also signed stating the contract was non-cancellable and the payment was non-refundable. As a good faith gester our company offers parties the opportunity to go into a different contract on a different property I would assume this party declined. Why won't the party that spent all of this time filing this complaint with obvious intent to do harm not use their real name. Why doesn't this company check the facts prior to posting complaints? We are a company that has been in business since 2010 and have helped many families become homeowners regardless of their past.

 Leaseown Homes wins the Best of Fraud Award the "best of Scottsdale award" is fake Marv Rousselow made it up research the award he claims he has won twice...it does not exist he's now committing more consumer fraud and he's dumb enough to post it online so the Attorney General in arizona can nail him!! Marv you are not a bright man! He just got two new fraud charges in google reviews 800 dollars and 1500 more in the last couple weeks. Hopefully he's arrested soon.

The company has an A+ Rating from the BBB and just won Scottsdale Business of the year again for 2017.

There is no truth to the accusations and was posted in an attempt to hurt the reputation of the company but the testimonials of the  company, the BBB A+ Rating amd the Business of the year awards for 2015 & 2017 tell the real story.
