I went on Ebay & located the part that I need to repair my laptop.. The item location was California.. The seller sent me something completely different.. I filed a complaint with Paypal a few weeks ago... I finally got a response, and I can get a refund, IF I pay to ship the part to hong kong...WTF??? I bought a part that was supposedly in California, yet I'm supposed to opay to ship the scammers part to hong kong? I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake, anyway... This seller has scammed a lot of people using this technique..
