Legal Recovery Law offices, Inc dba LRLO.com Wage Garnishment without me knowing! San Diego, California
I had an old debt from c1 that I let go of years ago. Last month I went to work to find "earnings withholding order paperwork" in my employee mailbox, and sure enough out of my first paycheck they had garnished 25% of my pay. One thing if they'd had contacted me, called written or given a chance to ask about the DC. None of this took place, I had moved out of ca in july and they served my old mailbox in sept. So they served a mailbox let alone state that I didnt even live in. Somehow they got it to fly with the judge because I'm looking at the paperwork. Doing all I can to get this rolling and stop my wages from being garnished, not having much luck finding an Attorney to take this on. I agree with you RS from Albany, something needs to be done to "LRLO". Check out NY attorney general and sewer services, guess who is connected with this? Thank you for any feedback
