Legal Research Group (FAKE NAME) MIDDLE MAN FOR They defraud the public by scare tactics illegally accordiong tothe FDCP Jacksonville Florida
This company " Legal Reaeasrch Group" (fake name given to debtors) who middle mans debt collections for a company called Vantage Point Services has 6 REPS call 3rd partys, family members, employers, ex's, anyone who ever knew these debtors to collect old pay day loans or online solicitation of funds by scaring them into jail time. Tweloling them that they have commited check fraud. They call people threataning 120 days of jail time if they dont pay back there loans claiming they work for the state and giving them a last chance to pay restitution before they issue an active warrant for there arrest.
All reps use fake names, Yates, Blair, Warren, Taylor, and change there phone # weekly. They also say that they are based out of texas when they are based out of Atlantic beach, florida. They give away SS #'s to random people to verify identity, address, place of employment, etc. They also add $500-1,000 dollars to the debt so that they can increase there profits. The owner is Richard Graves, manager Elizabeth Wilusz, and Robert Ferneke. The company breaks just about every law there is in the debt collections proffesion according to the Fair Debt Collection Practice of 1978. The current number being used is 469-919-5784. Robs number is 904-442-0049.

Bottomline is that the scare tactics and every way they collect the debts goes against just about every law that was set up to protect the public. I am no saint by any means, but when u call call people scumbags all day, cus at lil old women, etc.. who is the true scumbag. Atleast find a legal way to collect the debts. If u look up the laws and and listened to how these people get spoken to, then you would better understand.
Either way. I will single handedly make sure that thye business gets shut down and spend all my free time doing so. I know the ins and outs of every name, business's, and people involved in tgis racket and I will get the last last laugh. Expect every detail to be posted on evry web site possible. Good luck

I hate to say this, but if you have taken out a PAYDAY loan and you did not pay it back, then scare tactics are pretty much all they have to get you to pay back what you legally owe. And they are NOT just adding extra money. Those are called processing fees. Each time YOUR loan is sold to a different collection agency, that agency then adds onto the total amount for the processing of this loan in thier system. THEN they tack on late fees if you dont make your first available payment.
Yes it is NOT very nice of them to call up EVERYONE you knew or know in order to collect a debt. BUT!!!! If you did take out a loan and did not pay it off, what do you expect?!?! Obviously the "Normal" proceedures DID NOT work with you. IF YOU took out the loan and didnt pay it back in the timeframe YOU agreed to, then they HAVE to use these heavy handed tactics!! I learned a LOT from my family members.
I chose very early on to be WISE. I learn from EVERYONES mistakes not just the ones I make. That being said, the greatest lesson a specific family member ever gave me has helped me the most in life. "There are two things you NEVER mess with. Peoples children and peoples money". This little tidbit of information has saved me on quite a few occasions.
I would suggest to YOU that if you have indeed taken a payday loan and have not paid it back, that you do so as quickly as you can in order to get these people off your back. That Axiom I just told you holds true IN THIS CASE. YOU ARE MESSING WITH THEIR MONEY!!! By not paying back what you owe, you are ROBBING your fellow Americans!! YOU are stealing food from the bellies of their children. That would make you a SUPER DEADBEAT!!!
That is ofcourse IF you did take out that payday loan. However I have NEVER heard of a payday loan company going after someone who DID NOT take out a loan unless it was identity theft. And not to put too fine a point on this, but the fair loan act NEVER took into consideration that people would REFUSE to pay back what they owe. At THAT point it just makes the person who took the loan to be a deadbeat and a thief.
