Don't buy anything from legalherbalbudz.com. Mr. Reyes and his website are con-artists. You will lose your money and most likely never hear from them again.
Soon after you place an order money will be deducted from your account. You also will receive a couple of bs emails. The first claiming your order is being processed. The second a few days after the first claiming your order has been shipped.
The emails will have all your info and a description of everything you ordered. Youll notice the area for the tracking number will be left blank, because your order was never really shipped.
Next is the hard part, trying to contact someone. Although they claim to have 24/7 professional customer service unless you are relentless you won't get a response. They don't respond to emails. If you call they won't pick up unless you call back to back to back, you might get lucky. Oh and you can't leave a message because their box is always full (probably from people who have called to complain). You can try leaving text messages but they don't respond to those either.
After leaving the same text messages every hour or so for a few days straight I finally got a response. He first claimed to have shipped my order on Nov. 20th but when I told him that was the day I placed my order he claimed to have shipped it on Dec. 6th. When I asked him for my tracking number he changed his story again, now he was saying that he had issued a refund for that order (which I have yet to receive). After that stopped replying.
