It is 2021 and he is still taking advantage of people. We have learned he is not a licensed electrician. He has taken almost 9000 from my senior uncle and 26,000 from my senior parents. He damaged my parent's home and can not provide a copy of liability insurance as stated in the contract. I wish we saw all the evidence about this man before all the stress and loss of retirement money.
You are right about one thing he does an easy job the requires minimal skill and gets a good review. But then the big jobs that require a license or knowledge and skill he does subpar work. It is absolutely the worst feeling when you realize a career conman victimized your senior parents/uncle.

Inquire about the pending lawsuits and why Dale is more than happy to give you addresses of work he supposedly built but will not give you the peoples names or numbers. Stop and talk to customers when Dale is not there. Ask them when the job was promised to be completed and how many months after was it completed. Ask about his crew. He has a 3 man crew and only 1 is worth anything. He will promise the world but constant lies is what you get from Dale. He also puts a price on the work permits that is much less than the amount you are paying - to avoid paying more for a permit which is probably fraud. They will NEVER do another project on my property.
