Leisure Time Warehouse refuses full refund.
This has been going on for two years now without relief. I ordered a new top to a hot tub from Leisure time Warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio. I wasn't sure of the model year so I drew a very accurate picture with the dimensions. Leisure Time Warehouse charged my charged card in advance and ordered it. They never called to let me know it was in. I finally went there and sure enough it had arrived. I took it home and tried to put it on the tub. It didn't fit because it had rounded corners and the tub has squared corners... just like my drawing.
I took it back and wanted them to re-order. They told me they couldn't send it back. They also told me they would only give me 50% back. This was unacceptable considering I paid over $400 for it. They kept coming back with the same 50% refund after many letters and phone calls. I travel a lot so I havn't been able to keep following up on this mess.
Buyers beware of Leisure Time Warehouse in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
