Lenox Capital rip-off business Woodstock Georgia
On January 10th Lenox Capital Inc attempted to take $221.95 out of my husband's account in my name. They had previously contacted me with all of my account information, none of which either my husband or I had disclosed at any time to them. They had presented me with an offer through Mastercard.
When I refused this seemingly wonderful offer and hung up on them, as neither my husband or I has ever or will ever own and use a credit card, I recieved a phone call within 60 seconds. The same voice and broken english greeted me with " You're a *UCKING b***h!" and then hung up.
After recieving the second nasty call, I called a Mastercard customer service number to complain, and all Mastercard told me was that there was nothing they could do about it because these "represenatives" were not actually from their company and Mastercard had no knowlege of it.
To anyone interested in a class action lawsuit, we are more than interested in being a part of this. Please email [email protected] to contact us on this matter, also including something about Lenox Capital lawsuit in the subject line. Let's burn these crooks like they have done us!!!! Thank you for your time.
