I ordered contact lenses nearly three weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately, but I have still not received the lenses. I have sent two e-mail messages to which I have not received a response. To top it off, my husband ordered contact lenses from another company three days ago and the lenses have already been delivered. Meanwhile, I still wait for my stupid lenses to arrive. According to the order tracking function, my lenses haven't even been shipped. I'm going to call and demand a cancellation and a refund. We'll see how that goes...
