Les Schawb Tire The man distroyed a tire bead , I had a low tire on left rear , sat aired it up and drove to store worker flores removed tire said that all that was wrong was some dirt in bead he lubed it twin falls, Idaho
I had a low tire on left hand rear put air in drove to store on blue lakes blvd worker flores removed tire said all that was wrong was some dirt and the bead was dry , remounted tire on left rear and sent me on my way sunday morning I opened door to leave and saw a large buldge on side of tire called manager JOHN monday mornning and told him my problem got to store usule paper work dismonted tire after John looked at it asked the man who was doing work if they had a used tire to replace it with they had none had him call there store on pole line road no tire asked him if he could find on with some other store he said he would put on spare and i could see if I could find one after stopping at several stores In twin falls I found a tire tire was mounted and balanced & put back on left rear asked john if they were going to pay for the tire he said there was no record of that tire ever being worked on the bill that flores had given me showed that it had been a left front that had been fixed , left front has never been off from the time i bought the tires , john , after my explaining several times had a lady make out a cash out for the price of the tire
I have had nothing but good service at schawb before but john made me feel like i was trying to rip off the store 26 dollorers is not worth being made to feel like a theif . he wouldn't call flores to aske witch tire was worked on and why on the bill he had put left front and not left rear so check your bills just in case you have to go back on a repair
