This company regularly contracts and receives payment from customers for wedding entertainment, then attempts to subcontract the work out to other vendors. When they find a vendor, they allow them to perform, then never pays the subcontract. When they can not find a subcontractor, they many times simply do not show up for the event, and keep the customer's money, blaming it on unforeseen circumstances. The company uses misleading (internet) phone lines and in many cases, bogus addresses making it almost impossible to track their moves. The good news, is they HAVE been found. HAVE YOU BEEN BURNED? Right now, there is a joint, Texas and FBI investigation looking to file criminal charges against Pinnacle and their owners. Most of their offices are non-existant, their phone numbers are internet based, and they use virtual offices almost exclusively. The few "real" offices that they have had, they owed thousands (in the five figures), when they abandoned them. From what we can tell, almost EVERY aspect of thieir business is fraudulant. At this point, it is NOT a case of just shutting them down. The authorities are mounting a major CRIMINAL case against
