With a rebate from Alltel. I solved the problem by telling the CSR that if I didn't see some action in 24 hours I would set up my fax to send them my information ALL NIGHT LONG, every minute or so. After getting off the phone, I sent NUMEROUS emails containing my information to their inbox. The next morning I was informed that my rebate was processed and a check should be sent shortly. Imagine that. Just make yourself noticable in a way that is also annoying...... It may not sound nice, but I've always been taught that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Guess it works! :)
