Stainsafe does honor their claims, however alot of consumers do not read the procedures for filing a claim. They will replace the merchandise if need be. If the merchandise is no longer available they will replace it with comparable merchandise. What do you think because you have a warranty on a certain model that it will never be discontinued. (Get Real). Also how do you wind up with claims on all six chairs at once. That must have been an ongiong problem, and the warranty clearly states that all claims must be submitted within five days of the occurance. Good Luck sounds to me like you did not know what you were purchasing.
